Why you should provide feedback for this: By providing positive feedback for the hard work that goes into learning a new skill, you’re reinforcing this ambition, you’re demonstrating that you notice and applaud this above-and-beyond behavior. Feedback examples: “I saw that you learned how to use pivot tables for your Excel project and it really helped display the data. MacchuPicchu, thank you very much for the constructive criticism. I was actually on the fence on whether or not the mob should be common. This letter should express appreciation for the sender's initiative, interest, and constructive criticism. Avoid being defensive. Keeping the tone positive will encourage honest input in the future. If you disagree with the negative feedback, you can still keep the tone positive by not arguing in the letter, but not agreeing, either. The toast of the Dark Wheel I've already analyzed for you. A first, always some constructive criticism in The past. Refused to let me snap a pic, said he ... The idea behind it is that if you want to give truly effective feedback to someone, you need to include three things: the way you feel, the specific behavior that made you feel that way, and the impact that behavior had—whether it impacted you, the company, your relationship with that person, etc. This will give the speaker something constructive and will work to make the speech better, rather than simply tearing it down. Don’t say, “I didn’t like the jokes you used,” say, “Next time, I think you could leave the jokes out and the speech would move a little quicker.” Helpful Tips, Tricks, & Equipment. 2021.10.19 06:43 rapperPlayboyyuh Female dating strategy shows how terrible women really are
I went on there and the top voted post was a bunch of bratty women roasting some guy's dating profile. The guy didn't have anything rude or offensive in his profile. His only crime was not being handsome. I know most women are really rude and insufferable because in high-school I was always teased and made fun of by them. They hate men for having preferences and they hate men who don't fit their unrealistic standards. I'm sick of women. If it wasn't for sex they'd have so little to offer anyways. I can't wait until all those female dating strategy users are old and wrinkly. Then all they'll have left is their shitty attitudes.

I was looking at this video and I'm wondering if this could also work for KVM, extender cables or even wireless HDMI extenders. After all you have HDMI in and HDMI out, this works out just by using the connectors, I don't think it would be bothered by the fact that there is actually no cable. I would really love to see what happens.
What do you guys think?

2021.10.19 06:43 -s-e-e-k- 4x5 negative scanning with an Epson V500/V550/V600
I was messing around with my scanner a bit tonight and figured out a way to get a really decent 4x5 negative scan. I used my LED light pad as a top light and scanned in regular mode.
The LED light pad is one of these cheap tracing pads: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VF42DDB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
I usually use it as a light table for previewing negatives before going into the darkroom.
Figured others could get some use out of this. Saved me a trip into the darkroom tonight.

2021.10.19 06:43 Lopsided_Knee4888 Vicinity cat??
We got a ragdoll because we heard they’re super loving and affectionate, and I grew up with cats who quite frankly could not give a sh*t about humans.
Anyway, our boy seems to need to be in the general vicinity of people (sleeps in a box under my desk while I work) but refuses to sit on our laps or cuddle etc. he’ll tolerate it if forced but will jump away as soon as he’s released.
Is anyone else’s ragdoll like this or have we just gotten a loner?

2021.10.19 06:43 tralk31 How to keep track of rendered sprites across frames for interpolation?
I'm currently decoupling my update loop from my graphics loop as described in the famous article "Fix your timestep" (it's 60 fps locked right now). It works great, but now I'm stuck on the last graphics to interpolate: background clouds.
The clouds are draw according to a few equations and tiled, so I draw a cloud multiple times at different positions. Since it is possible to zoom in and zoom out, there isn't a fixed amount of clouds visible at one time. They are drawn on the fly in the Draw loop based on the camera bounds. I can't figure out the best way to keep track of a given cloud across frames (for interpolation).
I can interpolate one copy of a cloud, but I have no idea how to actually interpolate the other copies since there might be a different amount of clouds each frame (and clouds may go off-screen or appear). Basically, to interpolate a given cloud I need to have access to its previous position. But where and how do I store that? Now obviously, I could do it like for every other object: Generate actual objects for each cloud. But since clouds need to be removed/added fairly often (e.g. when zooming out) this is going to be too inefficient I believe.
I thought about storing the future position of a cloud and using that but clouds can accelerate and change direction (rarely) so this doesn't seem like a good solution.
I tried searching for related problems but I couldn't find anything, which is surprising. Am I missing something obvious? Is there a better way? Thanks!
